President Mr.Yan Wei made a speech in 2014 Annual Meeting
At the beginning of 2014, CCCE held the Annual Meeting in Shanghai Sun Island Resorts.
In the meeting, CCCE’s President Mr. Yan Wei firstly made an opening speech, which expressed his gratitude for everyone’s efforts in 2013, and also encouraged the staff to face new challenges with passion and enthusiasm this year.
CCCE’s Vice Presidents and the Representatives of each overseas office also talked about their 2013 work summaries and 2014 work plans in the meeting. Their speeches were concise and comprehensive, and expressed their determination and confidence for this year. After that, some employee representatives also made speeches about their work summaries of last year and their determination for this year. At last, Mr. Yan made a summing-up speech, which not only affirmed the achievements of last year, but also pointed out the company deficiencies. He also encouraged everyone to make persistent efforts and achieve more glorious results.
CCCE also held a one-day outward bound training after the meeting. The aim of the training was to increase the company cohesion, communication, and implementation capacity. The training not only relieved everyone’s stress in the work, but also stimulated everyone’s enthusiasm and passion, which has made a solid foundation for the company culture construction and sustainable development.
