    For the celebration of the past fruitful 2011 and the coming new year 2012, CCCE held a big annual meeting in Club Med of Phuket, Thailand between 16^th and 19^th February 2012.

    In the summarizing meeting on 18^th February, Mr. Yan Wei, the president of CCCE, summed up overseas projects in the past year, especially the achievement of projects in Bangladesh and Laos. Besides, he also gave an important speech about the company’s prospect.

    President Yan repeatedly emphasized that our company is a cohesive team, and we are much more like a family firm than the real family firm. He insisted that the achievement of past year had been attributed to the efforts of every employee, and the future of company also needs joint efforts of staff. He said, “I believe our company will become a competitive large multinational company in the next few years, with the joint efforts of every employee. Taking this as a goal, I hope everyone strives to achieve our common dream.”

    CCCE’s vice presidents also summarized their own ideas on the company’s achievement in the last year and the future prospects. After that President Yan invited every employee joining in the conversation, and every one came up with his or her opinions for the company’s future or the questions about the company’s system. In an active atmosphere, every one spoke freely and expressed his or her suggestions as well as opinions. President Yan and other managers answered those questions about company’s system. Finally, the company leaders and staff took a photo together.

    The meeting lasts for four days. The domestic and overseas staff of our company, the Bangladesh employees, as well as the other representatives of our cooperative companies all joined this meeting. We ate together, lived together, and participated in many different activities together on the island, which not only relaxed our mood, but also deepened our relationship and strengthen our cohesion.

    In the coming new year, under the leadership of company’s leaders, all staff will strive together to push our company forward to a brilliant chapter.
