On September 30^th, Bangladesh Baghabari 50 MW Dual Fuel Peaking Power Plant Project executed by CCCE passed Bangladesh Power Development Board (BPDB) performance test(PT) smoothly.

    The Performance Testing Acceptance Committee led by Director of BPDB First Design Department arrived at the Daukandi project site for testing. CCCE President Mr. Yan Wei, Project Manager Mr, Zong Chen, and Chief Engineer Mr. Chen Chuanjun also witnessed the testing. During the test, all the six units of equipment have operated 100%, 75%, 50% load in succession, and as required, undergone 100% load rechecking tests. The testing results are satisfactory and the project gets praises of the final customer.

    Daukandi project is the first completed power plant project of 820MW peaking. This project upgrades the company’s reputation in the power sector of Bangladesh, and also deepens the cooperation with BPDB to win more opportunities in the future.
