卢旺达Bugesera主变间隔项目竣工新闻稿

由北京中缆通达电气成套有限公司执行的Bugesera变电站220/110/30kV 变压器间隔项目，Bugesera变电站坐落于卢旺达首都基加利东南，是卢旺达国家电网和区域电网的枢纽中心,合同签订时间为2021年12月8日，合同生效时间是2022年2月17日，历时15个月时间，在新冠疫情施虐和原材料价格疯涨的情况下，公司克服困难组织设计订货和交付，验收，此项目于2023年5月12日成功送电，该项目对卢旺达整个国家电网升级和稳定运行意义重大。

CCC Engineering Limited acted as the partner of Jiangsu ETERN Co., Ltd, the contractor of the turnkey project of the 220/110/30kV transformer bay in the Bugesera Substation which has been completed by CCC Engineering Ltd, Bugesera Substation located in the east south of Kigali Capital of Rwanda, it’s the main national grid hub center and regional distribution center and The contract was signed on December 8, 2021, and contract effective date is 17th, Feb, 2023, during the Covid 19 pandemic period, CCCE faced increased high material cost and transportation restrain, but we overcome all the difficulties to fulfill the Employer’s (EDCL) requirement and completed the project from design, procurement, delivery, installation testing and commissioning successfully, the transformer was successfully energized on May 12, 2023. The whole execution period is 15 months.The project has a great significance to the entire national grid of Rwanda. It is the power distribution center to the Rwanda grid, especially for the regional grid.
